Making assembly line in supply chain robust and secure using UHF RFID

Abstract This paper presents a block-chain enabled inkjet-printed ultrahigh frequency radiofrequency identification (UHF RFID) system for the supply chain management, traceability and authentication of hard to tag bottled consumer products containing fluids such as water, oil, juice, wine. In this context, we propose novel low-cost, compact UHF RFID antenna design liquid bottles, with 2.5 m read range improvement over existing designs along robust performance on different bottle products. The is based nested slot-based configuration that achieves good impedance matching around high permittivity surfaces. was designed optimized using characteristic mode analysis. Moreover, proposed commercially tested tagging billing in conveyer belt smart refrigerator automatic applications. With help product tracking mobile application, demonstrate real-time, secure process which items can be monitored technology. We believe standalone presented deployed create contracts benefit both suppliers consumers through development trust. Furthermore, will paves way towards authentic contact-less delivery food, drinks medicine recent Corona virus pandemic.
